It's nice to have you back Belle! With the rise of AI and writing becoming staler, less, nuanced and more (perfect), you should wear your imperfections on your sleeve. It is what makes us human, it is what makes it all worth it in the end. I will be here to read, anyways. Merry christmas:)

(((HUGS))) If you are able, vigorous exercise can help with much of what you're going through. It works for many but perhaps not you, just a thought. FWIW, I go through many of these same things. God bless.

Navigating life at times can be a little like climbing a mountain. Just take one step at a time. Smile, be mindful of what you appreciate, offer someone an act of kindness and then take another step. You are stronger than you think. Thanks for posting, I always enjoy reading your posts.

Belle, you’re human. That in itself is a synonym for imperfection. Write when you can, what you want, how you want. Good, bad or indifferent do it, especially if you feel better when you do.

Remember, it’s most important to be you, not what someone wants you to be. You’ll be so much better off and probably more relaxed!

It's wonderful to see you post here again! What you said is a really great expression of that strange human isolation I think we all feel to some degree as a result of being so different from everyone around us. I always appreciate the authenticity of your work. Thanks so much for showing up and sharing!
